Headteacher Message

Mrs. Josette Arnold & Mrs. Faye Bond

Our Year 11 cohort have now completely finished their examination series. It was a privilege to open the Year 11 leavers’ assembly last week and to see so many Year 11 pupils enjoying themselves at the Prom on Tuesday. Our Year 11 have left us with many special memories and we pray that they achieve the results that they have worked for.

I wish to thank everyone who have nurtured our Year 11 pupils over the past 5 years , whether it be parents & carers, support staff, teachers, governors or external members of our school community.

We have been focusing on Years 7-10 this week and the end of year assessments for these cohorts are well underway. We were also delighted to take a cohort of 85 pupils to the Earl of Derby’s estate Knowsley Hall on Tuesday to partake in our first Dean Trust Active Challenge where pupils from across the Trust participated in various runs.  We were so proud of all our pupils from both phase representing our school and well done to those who won medals.

Please take time to read our newsletter this week as we share glimpses of the amazing achievements and contributions of our AMCS community. It contains important information about our school standards and expectations. As always, please contact us if you require any further information.

Thank you once again for your continued support and commitment to our school community.

With kind regards,

Mrs J.Arnold
