Dear Parent/Carer, We are at the close of Half Term One and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support during the first seven weeks of the academic year. We are very pleased with the start our pupils have made and we are  already looking forward to the remainder of the Autumn Term as we embed all of our positive strategies. A lot of visitors came to our school this half term and all have commented on how welcoming and polite our pupils are.   They also mentioned on the positive improvement they saw across the school.  One of our proudest moments has been the hosting the opening of the Cheetham Cultural Festival where pupils from our community put their talents on display. We also wanted to draw your attention to our new gates at the front of the school. Please be aware that from Monday 30th October, access to the school’s carpark will be restricted to staff and school visitors only.  This is a safeguarding measure to keep our pupils and staff safe. Can we also ask that when dropping or picking you children up, we are mindful of all the members of our community.  We strive to maintain a positive relationship with all of our neighbours who are supportive of our pupils and school initiatives; unfortunately, we have had a number of reports from upset neighbours who have witnessed dangerous driving and parking behaviours from some of our parents on their street/drive/road.
